Skej is booking your meetings, but the invites are coming through without a Zoom link. There are two common causes.
1. Zoom isn't set as your default virtual meeting location
Connecting Zoom doesn't automatically make it the location Skej uses. You also need to select it as your default for virtual meetings.
Go to your Preferences, open the Defaults tab, and choose Zoom from the virtual meeting location menu. Once it's selected, Skej will add your Zoom link to every virtual meeting it books.
For a walkthrough of that screen, see Default Durations & Locations.
You can still override this on a per-meeting basis — just tell Skej where a specific meeting should happen and it will use that instead.
2. Your Zoom connection expired
Zoom access tokens expire, and things like a password change or revoking access in Zoom will disconnect it. When that happens Skej can't generate a link, so it books the meeting without one.
Go to your Connections page and find Zoom. If it shows as disconnected or needs attention, click refresh to re-authorize. If refreshing doesn't work, disconnect Zoom and connect it again from scratch — that reissues the token.
