Welcome to Skej, which is operated by 3Gen Internet Corporation (“Skej,” “we,” or “us”). Protecting your privacy and personal data is of the utmost importance to us. For Skej to work its magic, we need to collect private information from our users, but we don’t take that responsibility lightly. In this Privacy Policy, we’ll outline all the information we need to collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage and modify your information.
1. Introduction & Applicability
This Privacy Policy has been developed to inform you of how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise treat personal information that is collected in connection with the use of our services. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of how you access the Services (as defined below), whether it be a wireless or mobile device, a personal computer, or any other device (each, a “Device”) and whether you are accessing the Services as a registered user or a non-registered user or invitee (as defined below). If you are an Invitee, and want to learn more about the information collected by us, please reach out to the user that invited you with Skej for more details. This Privacy Policy governs only the Information (as defined herein) collected by us or in connection with our services, and does not cover information collected by any other entity or third party. Here are a few terms we may use throughout this Privacy Policy and what they mean.
“Information” means both Personal Information as well as any anonymously collected information collected while using the Services.
“Invitee” is any person who a User schedules a meeting with, but is not a registered User of Skej.
“Personal Information” means any data or information that could be used to personally identify any person or User of our Site.
“Services” means any and all of the services we provide, including, but not limited to, scheduling services, account management, customer support, analytics, etc.
“Site” means any website, email, text, graphics, videos, and photographs that we make available to you through any of our website properties, apps, plug-ins, or APIs.
“User” means any registered user of Skej.
2. Information We Collect
Account & Billing Information: If you register as a User, we require certain information which may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, email address, phone number, address, user name, password, etc. If you become a paid User, a third party payment processor, Stripe, will collect your payment information such as credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. We will only have access to the last 4 digits of your credit card and billing address. All other information shared will be governed by the services agreement between you and Stripe.
Third Party Integrations: You may choose to connect a calendar, contact list, or video integration via a third party (i.e. Google, Zoom, Calendly, etc.) with Skej through one of our built in integrations. By giving us access to your calendar and contacts, we will be able to view and store information about your schedule, availability, existing meetings and contact list. This data is solely used for the purpose of scanning your availability, scheduling meetings, modifying meetings, sending meeting invites to your contacts, and setting your contact meeting preferences. By integrating your account with Zoom, we will be able to include your custom Zoom video link into your calendar events. Our use of this data is viewed from these third parties, like Google’s API, and adheres to all third party terms, such as Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
Meeting Information: By including Skej on your scheduling emails or messages, you will give Skej access to those email and message threads. Skej will collect information about your meetings such as your name and email, Invitee names and emails, meeting times and duration, locations, and any other pertinent info. Skej ignores and does not store any information or messages unrelated to scheduling.
Marketing Information: You may choose to sign up for certain marketing communications such as our mailing list even if you are not a User. In order to join we may require information such as your name, email address, and consent.
Automatic Data Collection:
The Site and affiliated third parties may use “cookies” (a small data file sent to Skej from your hard drive), embedded scripts, pixels, or web beacons (“Tracking Technologies”) to collect information automatically as you interact with the website. By utilizing these technologies, we can enhance your experience with our Site and create a more customized and seamless user experience.
Cookies enable us to track your interaction with Skej, including keeping you logged in to the Skej website. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies when using our Site for the first time. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to use interactive features of this Site that depend on cookies.
Usage Data tracks how you are using the Services, including how many meetings you’re setting up, how many interactions you have with Skej, and other relevant statistics which help us provide analytics for you, and also help us monitor and understand how our users interact with the Site and its Services.
Log and Device Data may be collected, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, operating system and platform, pages viewed, time spent on the site, and other relevant statistics. The data we receive is anonymous and we use this data to see where users are clicking and where they are spending their time which helps us improve our Store and customer service standards.
3. How We Use Your Information
Provide our Services: We use your account information in order to create and maintain your account, and verify access to our Site. We use your billing information in order to process subscription payments, verify your eligibility to use our Services, and notify you of current and future charges. We use your calendar and appointment information in order to have Skej successfully communicate, book and reschedule appointments.
Prevent Fraud: Having your most up to date information is important for us to prevent fraudulent access to the Site, address errors, and prevent spam.
Improve the Site: Anonymous tracking information, and meeting analytics are used internally so we can continually improve our Services, add new features, and ensure Skej is working accurately and efficiently.
Communications: From time to time we may reach out to you regarding your account and the Services. These communications may be related to security, billing, and general account information and administration. We also may reach out as a response to any inquiries that are sent to us.
Marketing Communications: You will have the ability to opt-in to marketing communications. These communications may announce new product features, give tips on best practices, and include awesome content. You will always have the ability and option to unsubscribe from these messages.
Legal: We may use your Personal Information if required by law or in order to comply with any federal, state, local law, or court order.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
General Disclosure: Generally, we do not sell, or lease your Personal Information to any third parties without your express consent to such disclosure.
Service Providers & Vendors: We may disclose your Personal Information to certain third parties for the purpose of administering and supporting the Services on our behalf, such as payment processors, analytics providers, and customer support. These third parties will only use your Personal Information as prescribed by us to support the Services.
OpenAI: When you cc Skej on an email or tag Skej in a message thread, we use a third party AI language model like OpenAI’s ChatGPT to determine the meaning of your message so that we can schedule or modify meetings on your behalf and provide our services. If you include personal information in the emails or messages that Skej is added to, such as names, meeting information, etc. then that information will be shared with OpenAI.
Business Transactions: If we undergo a sale, acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, or any other transaction which includes the transfer of our assets, we may include your data as part of that transaction. We will ensure that your Information is used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and if that changes, the new owners of the data will inform you of any changes.
Additional Disclosures: There may be instances when we may access or disclose Information without providing you a choice. That generally includes the following circumstances:
- To protect against fraud or for risk management purposes;
- To protect or defend the legal rights of this company, its employees, agents, and contractors; or
- to comply with the law or legal process.
5. Data Retention
User Account. We will retain the information submitted for your user account as long as you are an active User of Skej. We will also retain your contact information if you choose to continue receiving marketing or other communications from us.
Legal Obligations. We will keep your Personal Information as long as it is necessary to comply with any laws, court orders, and the like.
Anonymous Information: We may retain anonymous information as described above as long as it’s legally allowed so that we can continue improving the Site and its Services.
6. User Choice, Withdrawal of Consent and Access
Marketing and Promotional Communications: If you have consented to receive any email communications from us, you can unsubscribe by either following the instructions included in each email we send such as the “unsubscribe” button. You can also “opt-out” of receiving emails from us at any time by sending an email to us at support@skej.ai detailing your request.
Cookies: You can withdraw consent for cookies through your web browser. Each web browser is different, so please use your help or support function through your browser to find instructions on how to do so.
Analytics: Some third party analytics companies such as Google Analytics will allow you to opt-out of any data collection. Please contact Google for more information.
Additional Rights:
- You have the right to access, view, and modify the Personal Information stored by Skej by viewing your user account profile.
- You have the right to correct any inaccuracies or make changes to your Personal Information by updating your profile.
- You have the right to permanently delete your account and all stored Personal Information by following the instructions on your user account page (subject to certain exceptions as required by law).

While it is important to note that no method of storing, transmitting information is 100% secure from breach, we maintain every reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguard to protect your Personal Information. We request that our third party contractors and Site service providers follow similar standards of security and confidentiality in order to protect your data.
8. California, Virginia, and European Union Privacy Rights
This section of our Privacy Policy outlines additional rights granted to California and Virginia residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) as well as citizens of the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerning the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of your Personal Information.
If you are a resident of California or Virginia you have the right to request and obtain information about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you, and to request the transfer of that Personal Information to yourself in a structured, commonly used, and readable format.

9. Children
We do not knowingly or actively collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that any child under this age has provided their Personal Information to us, please contact us at privacy@skej.ai and we will take the proper steps to delete that Information.
10. Privacy Policy Changes
From time to time we may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, the Information collected, or use and disclosure practices, and such modifications will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after we post a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If we materially change this Privacy Policy, we will notify you directly via email about the change and request your consent to those changes.
11. Accuracy
It is your responsibility to give us current, complete, truthful and accurate information, including Personal Information, and to keep such information up to date. We will not be responsible for any problems or liability that may arise if you do not give us accurate, truthful or complete Personal Information or you fail to update such Personal Information. We will reject and delete any entry that we believe in good faith to be false, fraudulent or inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

This site is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. If you visit the Site from a location outside the United States, please be advised that any Personal Information you provide may be processed in and transferred to the United States or other non-European Economic Area countries, where privacy protections may not be as comprehensive as those in the European Union or other territories and locations.
