Can I stay on the Free Forever plan... forever?
Yes. On the Free Forever plan, you can use one booking link and will continue to receive a daily agenda and event reminders.
What is the free trial?
The Free Forever plan includes a 7 day free trial to try out email assistants. You get 3 free meetings during the trial period and can upgrade to continue working with your assistant.
How is my subscription calculated?
The listed price for each plan is for a single user. If it's just you, that's the subscription price. If you invite additional team members, each member will incur an additional subscription free.
Can my team try Skej?
Yes, you and your team can all use the 7 day free trial with 3 free meetings for each team member. The entire team upgrades as a unit.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you're on a monthly plan, your subscription will automatically renew each month. If you're on an annual plan, your subscription will automatically renew each year. You can cancel at any time prior to the next payment cycle. If you cancel before the end of the term, you will not receive a refund, and you will still be able to access paid features until the end of your term.
How do I upgrade/downgrade?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account plan any time in the Skej dashboard by going to the Plans page.
